Black+Decker Purifry HF100 is a good quality, functional and versatile, 2 liter (8 cup) capacity air fryer with two powerful convection fans along with a decent heating / cooking element of 1200 watts (120V and 60Hz) that circulate the hot air efficiently- surrounding your ingredients with hot air to cook quickly and evenly, giving you great results- crispy on the outside and moist on the inside- with nice texture and taste and with all the flavours locked in. It has a timer that can be set up to 60 minutes for ingredients to be cooked precisely at the right temperature and will shut off automatically when the cooking is complete (precision cooking of different foods). Temperature range is specified as 175 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and with the variable temp control feature you can adjust it to whatever is the best or appropriate and change it through the cooking process. So you have two dials in the middle at the front, one is for time and the other for temperature and two indicator lights on both sides, one of which is for when power is on and the one the right with temperature signal is for preheating and it turns off when the unit reaches the required preheat temperature.
Black+Decker Purifry HF100 weighs 12 pounds, measures 11.5 x 11.5 x 13 inches and as a 2 liter or 8 cup capacity air frying unit that will let you put main, side dishes or snacks in and with a cool to touch handle you can get your meal or snacks out of the fryer when it is ready without burning your hand as you’re keeping it away and safe from the heat. The great thing about it is you will be able to make French fries (in less than 20 minutes from raw and in a bit less from frozen) and other snacks with exactly the same fried taste and texture without putting any oil in that is soaked up by food in deep fryer so you can eat it guilt-free. The frying basket is non stick and food grade metal which makes it easy to retrieve food and clean and there is no mess of oil or grease to deal with. User manual says you can cook 8 chicken wings, a burger or two potatoes at once for the optimal results and even cooking and you can certainly do more- as many chicken wings as you can fit in but this will affect the cooking performance and you will need to get the uncooked ones out, toss and return to the fryer so it would probably be better to have a larger frying basket. But as a well built, powerful and intuitive air fryer, it this does the job well, of creating great tasting fried foods with all the flavours and nice texture and without any added oil or fat.
