You just fill its chamber with charcoal and wood chips of your choice, put your cocktail ingredients in and stir it around, put it in the smoking box, shut the door, turn the switch on and let it smoke in the box. Smoke will fill the box and will infuse your drink with a beautiful smokey flavor and the longer it is smoked the more flavor it will have, but you may want to start with a little smoke at first to have that little bit of smoke, then increase it to your taste. You will certainly want to experiment with different spices, herbs and wood chips on different kinds of foods and drinks.

It has a solid build, is made of glass and stainless steel frame, has a walnut base inside and a drainage channel and a polished metal top with a convenient pull handle. It can be opened on both sides with the easy-to-use door latch (dual-sided pass through) that makes the experience a little more interactive. One advantage of having the double-sided pass through is you can put two cocktails in at once without any spillage. It is not suitable for being put in the dishwasher but is easy to clean- just wash by hand with soap and rinse it thoroughly.
