Keurig K70 Mocha Coffee Machine Review

Keurig K70 Mocha Coffee Machine

Keurig K70 Mocha

Keurig K70 Mocha is designed to brew great tasting single serve coffee from K-cups easily- in less than a minute, making almost no noise with the Quiet-Brew technology. It is very easy to use, will certainly make your life easier in the morning and is good for people who live alone or those that want to make different beverages for themselves or others. It includes a 72-oz water tank on the left-hand side (the Platinum series had a 60-oz reservoir) and lets you choose from five different cup sizes. Temperature is adjustable to how hot (at want temperature) you want to brew your coffee and comes with a convenient auto on/off function and a digital clock.

It doesn’t have a specific hot water button like some other models or brands but you can simply run it without a coffee pod and by selecting one of the five cup sizes and you will get hot water for your tea, hot chocolate, soup, and oatmeal. Keurig K70 has an elegant and modern design, looks good in black and silver, the blue LED lighting under the water tank and a blue backlit LCD display, weighs 13.8 pounds and measures 16.5 x 14.8 x 12.9 inches- has a relatively small footprint for something with a decent size built-in water tank so you can put it on your counter with a lot of space left for your other stuff. You can easily set the digital clock, choose one of the five cup sizes, adjust the water temperature and activate the auto on and off. The drip tray is removable so you can easily fit in your larger mugs for a very large serving of freshly brewed coffee in the morning.

K70 is very much a user-friendly coffee unit and works with all kinds of K-cups and you can make a variety of beverages including regular coffee, tea, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate in just under a minute and once you’re done it is very easy to clean. You can also use your own coffee in the reusable My-Caps you can purchase if you want to keep your costs down as well. One of the customers commented that their mug is too tall for the dispenser but it should be a case of removing the drip tray underneath to fit the tall mug in. To summarise, it is convenient and easy to operate, makes very nice tasting cups of coffee from a great variety of K-cups (very nice tasting for not freshly roasted) or reusable pods, works very quietly, is simple to clean, doesn’t need a lot of maintenance but just make sure you use filtered water in the water reservoir for better results. For the relatively low price level, you really can’t go wrong with the Keurig K70 Mocha.
