The exterior is made of solid plastic but includes hundred percent stainless steel cold and hot water reservoirs. And these ensure better tasting and purer water and the cooler can last longer. It has a tri-temp push button faucet for dispensing water at three different temperatures- room temp, cold and hot immediately. It is safe to use with kids around as it includes a child security latch on the hot water spout so they don’t burn themselves by accident.
