Oliso PRO VS95A is a modern and smart, commercial power vacuum sealer with a unique compact design, and advanced and innovative features like the punch and seal technology. It is more for the outdoors use if you intend to go fishing, hunting, and camping or at any location you wish to vacuum seal foods on the go.
In the box, you will find the Oliso Pro VS95A, a Zip disc, a Flexi Tube, two-gallon size crisper bags, 3 x quart size crisper bags, Wine and Olive Oil Freshkeeper for sealing oil, vinegar, and wine bottles. Oliso Pro handles the sealing of both the dry foods and liquid stuff. It will extend the shelf life of a variety of foods up to five times and you can use it with your sous vide cooking unit. It has a commercial grade dual motor system and will give you better vacuum sealing results while fitting in your drawer easily.
It works with accessories for canning jars and wine storage. The Dual-Seal Freshkeeper helps maximize the time your ingredients will be kept fresh. With the Auto Start function, you can slide the bag into the vacuum sealer for it to do the job automatically. It is able to take out more air out of the plastic bags, your foods will stay fresh longer. And you will also achieve better results with your sous vide cooking and when you want to seal the liquids or marinades.
The BPA-free and washable Vac-Snap bags it comes with are resealable and reusable 10+ times and you will not need to use any scissors. It has a compact and space-saving design as it weighs 3.9 pounds and measures 13 x 5 x 9.5 inches. It is ideal for both sous vide cooking and sealing wet foods without damaging the vacuum as it operates in a similar way to a chamber vacuum sealer that costs so much more. The small drip tray catches any excess liquid and is easy to clean as you can simply put it into the dishwasher.

You will not get the hardshell travel case or the 12 Volt DC adapter with this model, but they are available with the VS97A which also comes with three years of warranty. The bags are reusable for food storing purposes but not if you cook with them in sous vide as the plastic will start breaking down. And you shouldn’t reuse them after storing meat in them. The vacuum sealer itself is a little noisy but the process doesn’t take long so it shouldn’t be a problem. It is offered with a year of limited warranty by Oliso and the customer service offered is quite good.
