The total load capacity on this sturdy and durable steel frame is 510 pounds. It is a fairly compact and portable bench that won’t take up much space. It is a multi-functional unit with an ergonomic design of soft leather with 2-inch thick dense foam padding. So you can feel comfortable to exercise longer and harder. You can do a variety of exercises to target different muscles of your body, including your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, core section and legs. You can work out with dumbbells, barbells and your own body weight to do a variety of strength training exercises, like sit ups, push ups, dips, incline T raises, tricep kickbacks and more.
RitFit Utility Bench weighs 33 pounds and measures 48.8 x 18.5 x 45.5 inches as assembled. It is easy to put together but you need to tighten all the screws to avoid wobbling. It is shipped almost assembled and with 2 wrenches to complete what is left. Users that are up to 6 feet tall can use it comfortably. The back and seat adjustments are spring loaded with a pin that you pull out, and not screwed 
in. A couple of customers commented that the flat position is not completely flat and inclines or declines slightly. You need to be aware that the pin in the center goes through the frame and this way it is flat and level.
It is a solid and durable bench with a nice padding and no wobbling during your workout session. You’ll see the clean and consistent welds on this bench that are robotic welded. The leg support is hinged on just a single bolt and can be folded up under the seat when you’re not using it. And you can bring it back to its former position when you need it. Overall it seems to be great value for money and we’re more than happy to recommend it at the current price level. You’ll get a warranty of three years for the frame and 30 days for the upholstery.
