VonShef Large 31Qt / 36L Convection Mini Oven
Here is a versatile and multifunctional countertop style mini oven by VonShef with an extra large family sized 36-liter or 31-quart capacity that functions also as a toaster, rotisserie, and grill. It comes with the simple accessories you will need- a wire rack and a baking tray and the tray handle that are pretty much common to most mini ovens.
It runs efficiently and you can basically bake, roast, spit roast, toast, broil or grill to your liking, as you’re offered a total of six cooking modes for these. This is not a digital oven with an LCD display but you will see four dials on the right-hand side. The one at the top is for the temperature, to conveniently adjust it between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. At the very bottom, you have the timer from 0 to 60 minutes with 10-minute intervals, but you can, of course, set it to anything in between too. There is a little alarm bell for the timer as well and it will let you know when the time is up or your meal is ready.
VonShef Oven has a compact design despite being pretty large inside if we look at the weight and dimensions: 25.1 lbs. and 21.3 x 16.1 x 13.5 for the exterior and 15 x 13 x 10.7 inches for the interior. This will work very well if you have a smaller kitchen with less bench space, yet other people in the house- not just yourself.
You may choose to use both the upper and lower grills, or one of them at a time- top or bottom. Then there is the rotisserie spit roast function if you’d like to roast a large chicken while you’re cooking tomatoes, potatoes, onions etc. at the bottom. You can also easily use the spit roast function for kebab skewers or roasting a large piece of pork, small turkey and other kinds of meat.
VonShef Mini Oven will easily help feed your family and guests in one go. It is designed for domestic/home kitchen use but would also be good for offices, staff canteens, caravans, dorms, when you’re camping etc. The oven is mostly made of sturdy stainless steel and comes with four rubber feet underneath so it will stay put during the cooking. This will definitely work for people that cook every day or a few times a week, as it also uses up less power and stays relatively cool and will not be heating your kitchen, especially on those hot summer days. Good value for money!
