You have the On/Off and Select buttons and the Add Water, Ice Full, Power, Small and Large light indicators. There is a drain plug at the bottom rear and you can drain the used water easily. The way it works is you just add some water in, select the ice cube size and you will start getting ice in just a few minutes.
It has a large see-through window that you can view the ice making process. But it will take a bit of time to fill the basket with ice. And you need to transfer the ice into your freezer or use them immediately or they will melt back into the water reservoir slowly. With its advanced infrared sensor technology it will tell you when the ice basket is full or the ice maker needs more water. You have access to your ice cubes through the top lid and there is no drawer.
It doesn’t come with the Self Cleaning function but is very easy to clean with vinegar, water and a soft cloth and no plumbing is needed.
