Avanti Countertop 6 Bottle Wine Cooler
Avanti WCT6C4S-IS is a sleek and modern, compact and lightweight, 6-bottle capacity, countertop style, thermoelectric wine cooler fridge with the slide-out shelves, built-in handle and soft LED light inside. Avanti 6-Bottle Cooler is lightweight and compact in size with the weight of 22 pounds and the measurements of 11W x 24L x 14H inches. You can put it in your kitchen, bar, office or wherever you want to use it. The 6-bottle capacity is for the standard 750ml Bordeaux bottles and you can remove a shelf if you want to put in larger or different shaped bottles. It has a rather small footprint being a vertical stack type cooler with already a compact design.
The thermoelectric cooling system means it doesn’t come with a compressor and it runs quietly as it will not be doing cycles like a compressor type fridge and is free of vibrations. The temperature can be adjusted between 46 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit for different storage needs for your white, red or sparkling wine bottles. You have the Temperature Up and Down, Light and F/C converter buttons as well as the blue LED-backlit display that is easy to read. And these controls are conveniently located outside the cooler.
You can turn on and off the soft LED light in this mini wine cooler through the front control panel. The interior LED light is nice enough for you to view your wine bottles and pick one without needing to open the door. But the light does not stay on permanently and turns off after about ten minutes. This modern mini wine cooler has a frameless glass door with the brushed metal look finish and the metal shelves that slide out easily.
You can also fit in 6 x 1-liter bottles of soda or other drinks if you want to put the drinks other than wine. Please note that the fans in this wine fridge run pretty much all the time as a thermoelectric unit without a compressor. Overall it is a great little wine cooler that will keep your wine bottles cold and we find it to be good value for the dollar. It does what it is designed to do- short and long-term wine storage quite well.
