It is a motorized treadmill with a large LED-backlit touch display control panel that is easy to operate and read. It has the standard workout data of calories burned, time exercised, distance traveled, current speed and heart rate through the handlebar sensors. You can adjust the speed between 0.5mph and 6mph and walk and jog on the shock absorbing and anti-slip running belt to prevent damage to the joints- knees and ankles, hips and lower back.
There are 12 built-in programs on the multi-functional display that you can choose from for your different needs. It comes with a security key in the middle with a red cord that you can attach to your clothes to stop the treadmill immediately in case of an emergency. 1.5 horsepower motor (110V, 60Hz) is not super powerful but more than adequate for the compact size of this treadmill and what it is designed for. With this low decibel motor it works quietly without disturbing you, your neighbors or family members.
It may be a good choice for those without much time to get to gym and will save them from paying for the expensive gym membership fees. They can use this compact treadmill whenever they want in the comfort of their homes, burn calories and fat and keep fit. It is easy to assemble by following the easy instructions and using the tools
provided. This foldable and portable treadmill with a space saving design can be folded easily and moved on its transportation wheels and can be put under a desk, bed or furniture when you’re not using it.

It is compact and portable, easy to operate and comfortable to jog on its multi-layer tread belt that will not be tough on your ankles, knees, hips or lower back. It is a bit narrow but you can’t expect a lot from a compact, foldable and portable treadmill.
