You have three color options to choose from, black (BIDW1802BL), stainless steel (BIDW1802SS) and white (BIDW1802WH), with the stainless steel currently at 50 dollars more. It comes with a cup tray and a silverware basket, apart from the 8-place settings on the two dish pull-out racks. You have six wash programs or cycles to choose from: Rinse, Rapid, Glass, ECO, Normal and Heavy. And three options are Heated Dry, Hi Temp and Sanitize.
In case of water leaking the dishwasher will shut off automatically thanks to the leakage sensor. This will protect your home from potential flooding or any damage to your property- floors or carpets. It works at a noise level of 52 decibels, which is an acceptable noise and will not disturb you when you’re doing your stuff in the house or sleeping. EdgeSTar BIDW1802BL weighs 52.9 pounds and measures 32.5H x 17.6W x 22.4D inches. It is precisely 17.6 inches wide- has a slim design and will fit in small spaces under the counter. You have the digital push buttons that let you choose from the 6 wash programs. The LED indicators will tell you which wash cycles is being used and you will know when the cycles ends with a beep sound. There is a rinse aid compartment to help get rid of the spots, avoid any film accumulation and dry the dishes quickly. It uses 4.1 gallons of water in the ECO mode, 
between 2.5 and 4.9 gallons in Normal cycle and 5.2 gallons in the Heavy mode. You’ll get the regular water connections in the box and you will not need any additional adapters for installing this dishwasher in the US.
The buzzer will alert you only when the cycle is completed and will not continue beeping till you open the door. The used dirty water will drain down a pipe and not the sink as this is a built-in dishwasher. The inside liner is stainless steel and the dishwasher works really well and quietly. There are two spray arms in this dishwasher, one underneath the top pullout rack and another at the bottom. Please do not use vinegar or other liquids instead of Rinse Aid. You can use liquid, pods or powder detergents in this dishwasher, but the ones made for dishwashers and not the regular detergents.
