This adjustable weight bench has a backrest that can be adjusted to 7 backrest positions. You can do your push ups, curls and crunches (equipment-free exercises) and lift dumbbells. With a very dense 2-inch thick foam padding covered with the soft leather on the seat and backrest you’ll have a comfortable workout session without much of a muscle fatigue.
Please note that it is designed for home or office use and not for commercial gym settings. It has a sturdy enough construction with a heavy-duty steel frame and a triangular structure. With its compact size you can use it in the apartments, offices or wherever you see suitable as you can also move it around easily with its foldable design. You’ll gain 80% space when you fold this weight bench and you can put it under your bed or couch or in a corner. The folded measurements are 32L x 13W X 12H inches.
You can work on your different parts of your body- shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back and core section-abdominals. It has a longer than normal foam roller on this weight bench to make it easier for you to do push-ups. It is shipped almost assembled and you just need to put the back support tube, the bracket pad and the foam rollers within just 5-10 minutes. You can place the foam easily if you put some cream or oil on the roller.
If you don’t have time or a lot of money to go to gym regularly this may be a nice bench to have in your home gym. Please note that it comes with the resistance straps that you see in the Amazon product photo. The bands are not the best quality but it is nice to have the clips on the bench and you can purchase your own bands. It is easy on the eyes with a modern design, compact in size and foldable, is conveniently adjustable and feels comfortable when lifting weights. It appears to be decent value for the dollar.
