The lumbar support is adjustable to whatever feels comfy for you. The Ergo 3D is a much more adjustable chair than the ErgoFlip, a larger lumbar support and stationed armrests unlike the Flip armrests that can be moved out of the way. But you can still unscrew and remove the headrest and the armrests. It is not a cheap office chair but you are certainly getting what you’re paying for and more. And we really can’t see it making anyone feel not comfortable or breaking very easily. It has a rather premium look and feel and a futuristic design.
