Nuwave Brio Healthy Digital Air Fryer and Accessory Pack
Nuwave Brio is a 2016 model “As Seen On TV” digital air fryer with a modern, high-tech design, a 1300 watt power motor, an intuitive LED display with sensitive digital touch functions, for healthy cooking- air frying, broiling, baking, roasting and grilling a variety of ingredients as an all-in-one unit. The principle of this healthy cooker is the hot air circulating inside at high speed. You just need to press the power button on and start/pause it will start cooking at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for ten minutes if you haven’t set time or temperature.
Or alternatively put in the time and temp and then press the start/pause. You can pre-heat the cooker conveniently like you would in a conventional oven, to be able to achieve optimal and crispy results as the cooker will get to the temperature needed before you put in the ingredients and lets you adjust the temperature between 100 and 390 degrees Fahrenheit. The detachable frying basket has a 3-quart capacity and non-stick coating. The vent at the rear should not be blocked at any time of operation and there is a retractable 4 feet power cord so it doesn’t need to be right near a power outlet.
Fried potatoes, onion rings or chicken wings you make with Brio will not be any different to deep frying and you can easily make a burger or a pie in it and they will all be healthier- lower in calories and fat as you’ll not need to use any oil (or very little if you wish) and whatever you make in it will turn out very tasty with very nice texture- crispy outside and tender inside.
In the box, you’ll find the NuWave Brio Air Fryer and a special Accessory Pack with the accessories you see in the photo: Baking pan, reversible cooking rack, and recipes. LED Display panel looks quite fancy but is easy to understand and use as it lets you control everything accurately and consistently. The temperature can be adjusted in increments of 5 degrees for you to have the precise temperature settings for each type of food.
The nonstick coating on the frying basket is free of the potentially toxic PFOA- Perfluorooctanoic Acid material used in nonstick cookware. It is easy to operate, saves time, cooks just like claimed and is easy to clean as the frying basket is safe to be placed in the dishwasher after cooking. Instructions Manual is not the clearest but the ease of operation, functionality and user-friendliness make up for it and you will find 30 easy to follow recipes in the accessory pack.
