You can press “More/Less” when the unit is running to microwave your food longer or shorter and then press the door release when it’s completed the task. You can get it in white or black and also as 2.2 cubic feet, even though the 1.6 cu.ft capacity is quite all right too and the 1250 watt will give you quite a bit of microwaving power.
White finish Panasonic NN-SN736W weighs 29.8 pounds and measures 21.9 x 19.4 x 11.9 inches- and high interior capacity and will look nice on any countertop, has a nice enough appearance and it is definitely not an eye sore. You will notice a little indentation on the top front left corner of the microwave door and it is for being able to open the door easily. The only thing to keep in mind is 1.6 cu.ft oven may be a little bigger than what you may expect so check the measurements and how much countertop space you have before purchasing the unit but you get even more space inside than you’d expect too. With the linear cooking technology which you’ll appreciate, it will not overcook the edges and surfaces and undercoook the rest like some other microwaves can do and the result will be consistently nice, edges to center with a variety of cooking techniques like steaming, braising and poaching.
