Black Philips HD6371/94 is the new smokeless indoor grill with an advanced infrared technology and innovative design without the mess of charcoal or having to fill propane tanks (no charcoal, no propane and no smoke), for great healthy and best tasting- restaurant grade meals. You turn the switch on the side and it starts grilling immediately and putting out no smoke at all during the cooking process- cooking evenly like a convection oven throughout the surface of the grill, sizzling and searing at constant 446 degrees Fahrenheit with two infrared heating elements on both sides of the grill and concave reflectors with a special unique design for indirect yet strong heat that is guided towards the grid, not causing any hot spots on the grill but you will see those authentic grill marks. The reason this is a smokeless cooking unit (or more like one that generates 80% less smoke) is smoke is caused by hot fat dripping onto a hot surface as it happens on a contact grill hot plate or a pan when fat gets in contact with the heated surface and in this case the melting fat dribbles onto an always cool drip tray, generating zero grease splattering or unpleasant smoke and very healthy with all the excess oil falling through.

Philips HD6371/94 has a nice and modern, simple two-piece design, looks good in black, is lightweight at 15.6 pounds and portable (measures 7.5 x 21.9 x 16.9 inches) and the whole unit is cool to the touch so anyone can lift it up easily. You can cook your steak, chicken, pork, seafood and vegetables (different types of foods at the same time) and there is no squeezing so the juices and flavours will stay inside the food. You will not be adjusting the heat as the unit heats up to 446 degree Fahrenheit or 230 degree Celcius very quickly in about a minute (so you also won’t need to focus much on prep) and stays at that ideal temperature to sear your meat without drying it and leaving all the juices in- it will be browned perfectly but not burned. With normal grilling methods, getting the grill to be ready can take as much as cooking the food and grilling indoors or cooking on a pan can generate quite a bit of smoke in your house. And unlike other barbecue units or contact grills this one is rather easy to clean as all the removable parts are safe to be put in dishwasher and with the non-stick ALU grid that can be cleaned in less than a minute. You will get a bit more smoke with higher fat things like lamb or pork but still a lot less than regular grills or pan searing. It is not very cheap but with all factors considered- the features, ease of use, functionality and build quality, it seems to be well worth the money if you prefer grilling indoors, quicker than other methods and without smoke.
