Ultra Stealth 750-Watt 4-Jar Mixer Grinder
Ultra Stealth is a modern mixer and grinder by Elgi Ultra with a powerful 750 watt motor and 4 jars, that is going to be released by the beginning of April and the three jar model is already out for sale since September 2015 on Amazon.com. 750 watts means you have quite a bit of power for grinding very finely- especially for Indian cooking (and others) with four different speeds, which is three standard speeds and the pulse and with the digital smart speed sensor to make sure grinding task will be completed at the preset speed- basically the same speed from the beginning. So the 4 jars included are the smallest half a liter jar, a 0,8 liter medium size jar, quite a large 1.5 liter jar and the juicer / super extractor. Ultra Stealth looks sleek and modern, weighs 4 pounds and measures 17 x 15 x 10 inches so will not occupy that much space on your counter and as it looks quite nice and pleasant in red and white (the 3 jar model is blue and white) you can certainly keep it in its permanent location on your kitchen counter.
The main mixer grinder unit and the jars are very well designed and made of very solid plastic and metal (many of you would be aware of the solid build quality of Elgi products) and different sizes of jars make this unit suitable for different uses for different number of people. What would normally take you up to twenty minutes to grind will not be more than 6-7 minutes with this Ultra Stealth thanks to its high performance powerful motor and you will not need to pause in between for the motor to cool off. Jars are easy to clean- wash and dry for you to continue with grinding different ingredients non-stop and will work especially well for Indian cooking. You will not need to use different appliances for wet and dry grinding as this includes different jars for wet and dry processing and it runs relatively quietly as the motor is not noisy while doing a very fine job in fine grinding of ingredients. Ultra Stealth 4 jar model (like the 3 jar model) is offered with two years motor warranty by the manufacturer in India- Elgi Ultra and although this was made in India, it is for use especially in North America- Canada and USA with 110 Volts 60Hz of voltage.
