Vevor #12 is a recent release high quality, stainless steel, industrial grade, heavy duty 850 watt power- 1.14HP (110V / 60Hz) electric meat and sausage grinder with a 4.5 pound per minute capacity which is equal to 264.5 lbs of meat or sausage per hour at a speed of 190 r/min and actually has enough power for wild game and any tougher meats- almost frozen stuff. It is suitable for use by supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, butcher shops, hotels and any food preparation and service place. Two high end cutting plates of 2-3/4 inch diameter with a 1/4 inch hole in the fine cutting plate and 5/16 inch hole in the coarse plate, two cutting blades ensure very smooth and efficient cutting and grinding of meat and the unit runs quieter than similar competitor models. It is simple to assemble, operate with just a single green on and off button and take apart and clean and maintain once you’re done with grinding, but one of the customers commented that the metal bits can stain if put in dishwasher. It looks good with its stainless steel and aluminium finish, is very solid and robust- will last you a long time and looks nice and premium.
You have a feeding table with 2.75 inch feed hole and you can cut and grind all sorts of meat- soft and tough continuously (and use it for sausage stuffing as well) and with the state of the art technology the overheated motors will be cooled and the unit will last much longer and it is a high end product with an exterior that is anti-rust and anti-corrosion. In the box you’ll get the electric meat grinder, a feeding table that measures 12.75 x 8.25 x 1.75 inches, two stainless steel cutting blades, two stainless steel cutting plates, a food pusher, a grinding knife, a grinding board with a 8mm hole and a user guide to help you out with assembly, operation, maintenance and with warranty information but the user manual could have better instructions- according to one of the customers, we can’t comment on that as we do not have the product on hand. It weighs 44 lbs and with measurements of 18 x 17 x 12 inches, so even though it is so compact in size, will not occupy a lot of space on your kitchen bench and can be easily stored and despite the small size it does the job very well- cuts and grinds very efficiently and quickly. 2 year warranty included by the manufacturer is a good indication of its reliable performance and build quality.
