It is programmable up to 24 hours (with the 24hr cooking timer) and on the LCD display panel at the front you can see the On/Off button, Timer – and +, Temp High and Low, Simmer and Warm. There are a digital countdown timer and three cooking modes (high, low or warm settings) to choose from and as soon as your meal is cooked it will switch to “Keep Warm” mode for eight hours till it is turned off or programmed again. It has a removable see-through glass lid that lets you see the cooking process.
