GoPlus 1000 has a solid steel frame and a total weight capacity of 330 pounds. It is a fairly heavy product with the measurements of 48 x 30 x 28 inches and you will see two transport wheels underneath that will help you move it easily. You can adjust the unit and keep it in balance on the floor with the two stabilizers under the base. With the BMI option, you see on the console, it will measure your Body Mass Index which is your body fat percentage.
You can use it on its own, five to ten minutes a day and see results. But it will be much better if you use it as a nice addition to your daily workout, as well as eating well. There is no remote control on this unit but probably no need for it either, unlike with a compact vibration platform that has the control panel near where you put your feet. Ten minutes on this vibration platform is claimed to be equal to almost an hour of jogging.
