GoWise USA GW22631 is a modern fourth generation extra large 5.8 quart capacity 1800 watt power electric air fryer with a blue LED-backlit touch display. It is actually a versatile and functional 4-in-1 Cooker with grilling, roasting, baking and air frying functions and will help you have those healthy snacks or chicken, steak, fries, prawns, fish and veggies and more with no or very little added oil or fat. It includes seven integrated programs for chicken, meat, steak, fries, fish and shrimp with the corresponding symbols on the touchscreen as well as the manual programming. GoWise XL Air Fryer looks great in glossy black and has a sleek and modern design- will look good on your countertop as the latest and newest model by GoWise, weighs 15.7 pounds and measures 14.5 x 12 x 13.5 inches- barely occupies any space on your counter but is a little heavy which is also an indication of its great quality and decent heating element. It comes with a removable basket with a button guard so it won’t be detached accidentally and you’ll find a small recipe book to help you out with whatever you wish to cook (even though they are not the best recipes) as part of a great user manual that explains the functioning of the machine but it already is pretty easy to use with precise presets and the display panel is easy to understand with very little effort required from your side.
GoWise XL Air Fryer allows you to adjust the temperature between 175 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit and time can be set up to 30 minutes. You can make juicy and tender chicken wings that are crispy on the outside and fried potatoes, nuggets, tater tots, egg rolls or onion rings at just the right texture or heat up your leftover meals giving them a crunchy texture and taste without any of that grease of deep fried foods and you don’t have to waste a lot of money on take-out or restaurant meals. As an ETL certified product it is perfectly safe to use and as a nice security feature the cooker goes into stand-by mode automatically when it is done with cooking so you don’t have to worry that it might overcook. Power cord is not detachable or storable and it may be a little harder to keep neat but this is really not a big deal at all. Basket is safe to be put in dishwasher and is coated with nonstick material, which makes it easy to clean the grease and other food stuck on it and the exterior is even easier to clean by just wiping with a damp cloth. With two baskets nested in each other, bigger tray catches the melting fat and the smaller tray holds the ingredients and includes vents and the two can be separated easily by using a release button. One of the customers commented that they never eat fish and the fish that came out of this air fryer looked too good to not eat. This is something you will want to use a lot more than your frying pan full of oil and is a great product overall and deserves its price tag.
